Highlights

Dining: Refined contemporary cuisine

Location: Waterfront on Bruges-Ghent canal

Accommodations: Unique cabin options with canal views

Service: Experienced, dedicated crew

“Moored on a canal, this converted barge proposes a stay that's certainly out of the ordinary, and it appears the nautical theme extends from the decor to the restaurant's regional Flemish dishes. The location allows for peaceful views and walks into the heart of Bruges, though some have pointed out the rooms can feel snug. From my perspective, it's a worthwhile consideration for those seeking a memorable, if slightly unconventional, experience.”

the hotel was near the train station, it was quite convenient. the room had fun nautical themes, i liked that there was a view of the canal though.
The campervan parking area next door was not pleasant. It created road noise. the fan provided to cool the room was quite old and loud, it kept me up at night.
