The location offered easy access to the train station. A short walk brought me to a free shuttle. I enjoyed being on the canal as well (ducks and geese were a great sight). The breakfast had ample options.

the hotel was near the train station, it was quite convenient. the room had fun nautical themes, i liked that there was a view of the canal though.
The campervan parking area next door was not pleasant. It created road noise. the fan provided to cool the room was quite old and loud, it kept me up at night.

the barge is unique i enjoyed the views of passing vessels from my room. its location provides convenient access to both the station and a free shuttle to the city center. the menu had an excellent selection for friday night dinner. breakfast offered many choices and staff members were friendly.
the absence of a mosquito screen for the window was a minor issue.

The hotel offers a location close to the center and ample parking space. Breakfast had good variety (I enjoyed the fresh bread). The canal view from my cabin was very relaxing.
The soundproofing in the rooms was not optimal. Hallway and adjacent room noises were audible.

Staying on a boat was a novel experience! The location was a short walk to the city center, I used a lovely park to get there. The staff were cute and helpful. Breakfast was a definite highlight, I enjoyed lots of choices with a view of the water.
The room was a bit small, I had to be strategic about luggage placement.
